1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Make My Friend Hub ("the Platform"), operated by Make My Friend Hub Inc. and accessible at makemyfriendhub.online. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Make My Friend Hub in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer — all of which are incorporated by reference. 2 Eligibility

• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from our Platform

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Make My Friend Hub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access most features of Make My Friend Hub, you will need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information — including your real name, valid email address, and correct date of birth
• Keep your registration information up to date and accurate at all times
• Create only one account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
• Not share your login credentials with any other person
• Notify us immediately at support@makemyfriendhub.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Make My Friend Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Make My Friend Hub reserves the right to reject any registration, revoke any username, or delete any account at its discretion, particularly if the account contains information that is misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

Make My Friend Hub is a platform designed for genuine social connection, friendship-building, and community engagement. You agree to use our Services only for lawful, appropriate purposes that align with this mission.

Permitted uses include:

• Creating an honest, accurate personal profile to connect with others
• Sending respectful, friendly messages to other users
• Joining or creating events and meetups in your community
• Sharing appropriate content, photos, and posts within community guidelines
• Participating in groups and discussions respectfully

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Harassing, bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or chain letters
• Creating fake profiles, impersonating other people, or misrepresenting your identity
• Uploading or sharing illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Using the Platform for any commercial solicitation without prior written consent
• Attempting to extract personal information from other users for commercial purposes
• Using the Platform to facilitate illegal activities of any kind

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at Make My Friend Hub's sole discretion.

5 User Content

Make My Friend Hub allows users to submit, post, upload, and share various types of content including profile information, photographs, messages, event listings, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

Ownership: You retain ownership of all User Content you create and submit to the Platform. We do not claim ownership over your personal content.

License Grant: By submitting User Content to Make My Friend Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of that content, solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our Services. This license continues for as long as you have an account, or until you delete the content.

Your Representations: By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the rights to post it
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The content is accurate and does not contain misleading information
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

Make My Friend Hub reserves the right — but not the obligation — to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

6 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Make My Friend Hub, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it carefully to understand how we handle your personal information.

You can control many aspects of your privacy through your account settings, including who can see your profile, how you appear in search results, and what notifications you receive.

7 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy above, the following activities are strictly prohibited on Make My Friend Hub. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Data Mining & Scraping: Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other means to systematically collect or extract data from our Platform without express written permission
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another real person, a Make My Friend Hub employee, or a representative of any organization
• Fraud: Engaging in deceptive practices, scams, phishing, or any form of financial fraud through the Platform
• Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic
• Sexual Exploitation: Sharing or soliciting sexually explicit content involving minors, or using the platform to facilitate sexual exploitation of any person
• Malware Distribution: Uploading, sharing, or transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code
• Platform Manipulation: Artificially manipulating engagement metrics, gaming recommendation algorithms, or undermining the integrity of the Platform
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Selling or advertising products or services without prior written consent from Make My Friend Hub
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or authentication features of the Platform
• API Abuse: Accessing our API beyond permitted limits or using our API in ways not authorized by these Terms

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Make My Friend Hub Platform — excluding User Content — is owned by Make My Friend Hub Inc. or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• The "Make My Friend Hub" brand name, logo, and trademarks
• The Platform's design, interface, layout, and visual elements
• All software code underlying the Platform
• Original written content, images, icons, and graphics created by our team
• Algorithms, features, and functionality of the Platform

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our express prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or other violations of applicable law.

If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@makemyfriendhub.online with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

9 Termination

Make My Friend Hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to our Services, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or on your profile
• Creating a risk or possible legal exposure for Make My Friend Hub or other users
• Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months)
• At your own request

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. Make My Friend Hub will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@makemyfriendhub.online. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis but are not obligated to restore any account.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Make My Friend Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if Make My Friend Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Make My Friend Hub in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim arises from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or your use of Make My Friend Hub shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New York, New York, for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 12, and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

If you are accessing Make My Friend Hub from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of our Services.

12 Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns you have quickly and informally. Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@makemyfriendhub.online to seek a resolution.

Binding Arbitration: If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. This includes claims based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.

Class Action Waiver: You and Make My Friend Hub each agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action.

Exceptions: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration body, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13 Changes to Terms

Make My Friend Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an email notification to all registered users for material changes
• Display a prominent in-app banner when you next log in after significant changes

Your continued use of Make My Friend Hub after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
